It has now been over a month since I ordered and paid for the chair. To me, it just feels like I gave them $578 to ship me a damaged chair and then come pick it back up but hold on to my money. I ordered (and paid for) a second chair so that I could get the process going and not wait for them to pick up my damaged chair, ship it back to the warehouse, and then receive it before they could send another chair out.

Thought I had them scheduled to pick it up and a replacement on the way but days later found out that the chair would have to be received back at the warehouse before they could send out a replacement. I contacted Office Depot to get the damaged chair returned and a replacement sent. When I received it, the box was damaged in shipping and I could see that the product inside was damaged without even opening up the box. My next email confirmation said it would be delivered 5/21. I didn't wait and called the store and was told me I should go back online and order the chair with a second separate transaction. Then a second email said it was not really available and that a manager would call me. I received an email confirmation that the order would be ready in an hour. This time I ordered a chair for curbside pick up. I've never had a good experience ordering furniture or technology online from Office.
